((A story about Jing's history))
Darkness surounded the ebony and lime green pup. Small paws carried him around and then stopped. A frightened face looked through the darkness. Not a single soul was in sight. No mom, No dad, and none of his siblings. His green filled ears could not ear the breathing of his siblings lying next to his unconscious form. Where is everyone? He thought running towards a shining light. The sun hurt his eyes as he looked into reality. The darkness around him was gone and he now gazed at the bright blue sky. Birds chirped loudly and the pup rolled onto his paws. Looking over he spotted his siblings curled up asleep next to him.
"Why are you guys laying there? Where's XX?" Jing asked imediatly.
Slowly the sleeping forms rose and opened there eyes. Jing was soon tackled back on his back by his happy sisters.
"Your awake!" Bandit shouted and licked his cheek.
"We were so worried!" Thief said and nipped his ear.
The male pushed his sisters off from him and looked at the youngest Rotel. Thye male averted his eyes to the forest as if motioning that their middle aged brother had left them. Jing nodded his head and shook himself vigorously and moved slowly towards the bushes. His siblings were confused and looked at eachother with questioning looks. Rotel signaled Bandit and Thief to follow as they trotted off after the Eldest hellhound.
"What's going on Jing?" Rotel questioned.
Jing didn't reply, he pulled his body through the bushes getting scratched in the process. His eyes soon landed on a snow white wolf with neon green eyes and a few pale green bones pooking out of his back.
"X why didn't you leave?" Jing asked worried.
Soon enough the others came beside Jing and looked down at their brother. He didin't reply just looked away resting his head on his large paws. His tail thumped the ground in an outward beat. Jing sat on his haunches and stared at his brother. The two had shared a rivalry for the dominant pup. Jing had won yet X always held a grudge.
"There was no one to dominant... They all stayed by you." He growed and stood up. His labia curled and the 11 month year old pup was anything but happy.
"There is no time to fight brother. We need to get food..." Jing said and brushed past him. Rotel followed his stomach clawing at his insides.
"I hope it's something fat..." He whispered. Bandit looked at X as Thief passed her to follow her siblings.
"Come on X. Let's go help get something to eat." Bandit said with a warm smile. The hellion looked away before his twisted stomach made his mind up for him. Soon enough he followed the four right in the back.[/center]
Part One
How long has it been?.... Ten months? Ah it seems like ten years.... My beloved Jing... He left. He went in search of something, something he said only he could find, but he told me... He promised me he would return. He would come back to me, that we would be together again and this time forever.... But I was a fool... A fool for believing him. He seemed like such a nice creature, but I know that it wasn't him... It was a lie... Everything was a lie. EVERYTHING!... But let me take you to the begining... To when he first came....Into this world.
Fog hovered lazily above the ground as small rodents frolicked in the saftey of it's cover. Silent wings of an owl beat the air looking for the tasy snacks that were eluding him. The moonlight casted a silver glow on the forest land, it was so peaceful yet dangerous. In the depths of the fog a cave lay hidden. A tunnel leading down deeper into the darkness where creatures slept and were now becoming active. Bright white eyes and a pair of lime green eyes glowed from the thick watery cloud. Moving up it became clear that the silhouettes looked wolf-like. Yet it was different. One a large black one seemed to have a tail that was split in two. The white eyed one looked as if to have bones protruding through her pelt and glimmering in the moonlight. The two hellions shook there bodies of any dirt that clung to them. Whimpers and whining could be heard from within the cavern. Without hesitation the white eyes female turned around and snapped violently at the entrance. The whimpers ceased and the two hellions walked on. Their large mits touched the earth in a marching style. They were leaving... But why?
A small frame crawled from the entrance. He darted through the fog after his parents trying to stop the couple. His small black tail was split in two and his pale green bones protruded from his hind legs and tail. He whined and barked at the creatures for them to stop and turn back, but they did not. They kept on walking and did not even turn their heads to look back at the young one. He barked again his vocal chords straining, the baby hellion had never had to make this much noise before. His paws began to move again as he sprinted after them. The black hellhound turned around and latched onto the pup's hind leg holding him up in the air. The pup yelped and quirmed trying to get free but only ended up with blood oozing down on his fur.
"Maybe next time you'll learn Jing.... Do not follow... Where you don't belong.." His mother spoke with acid fueling up on her words. "You are a foolish whelp... Undeserving of my attention, just like your siblings. Remember this and cling to what little things you have... Fight deperartly... and maybe you'll earn my attention."
With that Jing was dropped to the ground his head hitting hard, he fought against the darkness trying to stay conscious. It was no use. He watched his parents disappear and a single teardrop fell from his eyes and hit the ground causing ripples in the fog. Soon the darkness over took him and he fell asleep. Soon the sun rose and the fog had evaporated into the air. The owl had caught a few unwary mice and flew into it's hollow for a day's rest. Four bodies crawled out of the cave and scampered over to the black pup that lay on the earth's soil.
"Brother!" A femine voice called out
"Jing wake up..." A more tomboyish voice ordered.
Both calls were unanswered as the baby hellion drifted in the darkness not even trying to regain consciousness.
"Face it... He's dead, so let's just leave him there." A gruff sounding voice said and the pup that it belonged to turned away and began to trott off.
"He's not dead! I can see him breathing." Another male pup shouted.
"Rotel... Come on little brother... We all know that I'm the leader...." The bulky pup said
"No your not XXX! Jing is and you know it." The male known as Rotel shouted.
"Both of you stop it. Bandit and me hear Jing speaking..." The more femine pup begged. They all turned they're attention to the black and lime green hellhound. It seemed he was whispering something. They leaned in close with their ears perked up to hear.
"I'll.... Prove myself... I'll prove... I can... Be... worthy of you...." Jing whispered.
The pups were confused, what was their brother talking about. Bandit laid down by her eldest brother and relaxed next to his unconscious form. Rotel did the same only on the other side, they were loyal to their brother. He was the smartest and wisest out of them all. Soon the femine pup Thief joined them resting her white head on her black capped paws. XXX watched them in disgust. He walked off with his nose in the air leaving his siblings behind with Jing.
